					Just go to bed earlier..do things that make you tired like workout later in the evening

					First, try working out two hours prior to bed than take a hot shower.  Also,, try going to bed earlier than usual.

					I was going to say do things to make you relax. Like yoga or a bath. Melatonin and zquil work good too.
