					The best weight loss plan is drinking water everyday, working out and watching your diet. The easy way is drinking apple cider and water mixed together. U may add honey to get rid of nasty taste

					The best weight loss plan is to get a a planner at the beginning of the new year or when ever you want to start, to right down how long you want to do an exercise per day and you can start off small like 5-10 minutes then when you master that you can go higher in minutes or do more exercises per day.
