Cutting back on sugar

 I’m trying to cut back on sugar but it’s really had. Anyone have any advice?

					I recommend doing what most AA professionals do.  Fill that void with something else to ease that craving.  I hope this help you, seeing that I'm currently doing the same thing

					Fruit is always good to have especially when cutting down on sugar. It’ll help with the craving. Don’t just stop cold turkey because it might make your body crave it ten times worse.Slowly start reducing the sugar you drink or eat. as mentioned before just because you are cutting back doesn’t mean you can’t eat it. Just eat it in moderation. Try keeping healthy snacks. Try celery and peanut butter or some other things.

					I recommend simply reading the ingredients on the labels and go with the less ammounts of sugared items. It may be hard at first, but your body and skin will thank you

					Cutting back on sugar isnt easy but there are some substitutes. Try eating fruit when you are having some cravings. There is water with fruit flavor and it helps. Try eating vegatables and see if that helps. Remember that just because you're cutting back on sugar does not mean you cannot eat it. Just eat it in moderation

					I just cut back on sugar too. Try diet Coke instead of Coke. Use Splenda instead of sugar. It takes only a few days and the taste of real sugar is really sweet. I can't drink drinks or eat sweet foods anymore unless sugar free.Plus, you will lose a few pounds..

					You could always eat fruit when you crave sugar. That's what i did, i use to have a HUGE thing for sugar always eating junk because my body needed the sugar. Now i eat fruit whenever i crave it and once in awhile ill eat chocolate with the fruit. Hope this was helpful 😊

					I take Chromium(III) picolinate and it seems to cut my cravings for sugar and sweets
Also, I chew lots of sugar free gum when I crave sugar
