If your phone isn't working then you might not be able too. The only way is to transfer from your phone to your laptop via charger or save them to your drive account. If you have an android. Not sure about IPhones.

Connect it to your computer and see if will auto backup your phone once that’s done go to your phone company or try to find a store such as Apple or Microsoft and see if they can help you out with it or get you a replacement

Try using the USB cord from your phone to the computer. Some phones are set to an automatic sync. This should work whether your phone is working currently or not(as long as the battery has a charge before whatever happened to it) if that doesn't work.. I would highly suggest going to your provider for recovery options as also suggested.

What do you mean by your phone isn't working? If you cannot power your phone on then there was no way for you to get the photos off of your phone unless you have a memory card in your phone that everything is stored too.

Oh so then the issue could be your settings or the cord you are using. Make sure you are using a data cord. If you are then turn in your screen after you plug into computer. Pull down your notification list from the top of your phone and you should see something showing your phone is connected and click in that and it will give you an option to transfer media click that and you should be good....

I would visit the store you purchased the phone from or a store that specializes in computer / cellular repair and see if they have recovery options.

Like said below, it really depends on the phone. I would suggest contacting the provider and see what they say.

The question is, can you still turn your phone on , if so plug your USB cord into your computer and a screen will pop up and then you can download them on your computer. The only way you can't do it is if your service is off.
