Can anyone tell me how to explain something to someone which the person doesn’t know without sounding vague or too superior?

First and foremost don't come off aggressive...... Listen to their point of view don't be quick to say you are right...and tell that they are wrong

I️ like writing things out and let them read it on their own time and ask you questions if they don’t understand something

Keep calm while talking, lower your voice as much as possible, be confident enough on what you say.

First of all I think the person has to be willing to want to hear what you have to say. If the person isn't willing to listen there isn't much you can do. Just try your best is all you can do.
