					Use a hand or table mixer adding a little milk at a time...  adding heavy cream will also make them fluffier.

					Use an electric hand mixer and mix them up well for several minutes until they are smooth. I use heavy cream in mine instead of milk and they come out super smooth and creamy, and absolutely delicious.

					As soon as they are drained mash with milk and butter. I use a hand masher. I find mixers make them too smooth and weird texture. Takes the fluff out. If you wait till the potatoes cool you will end up with glue
