I think you can make whatever you want!

We’re doing a ham with mashed cauliflower, roasted brussel sprouts w/ bacon, cranberry relish, grain-free stuffing, grain-free biscuits, and gravy.
For dessert I’ve made all sugar and grain free: pumpkin pudding, cranberry curd tart, apple crisp, and pumpkin cheesecake. And I think someone is attempting a sf/gf apple pie. :D

Instead of turkey you can do ham or chicken, whatever meat you like best. Instead of mashed potatoes you can do sweet potatoes or Julianne potatoes or any side: any kind of casseroles, corn, beans, etc. really just whatever you like. Enjoy and happy thanksgiving
