 I need to gain some weight, what foods or supplements would be best to help gain?

					Protein shakes, whey in particular. Make sure you take in more calories than you use/burn. That's a healthy option. You mix it with water or milk or can buy shakes already premade.

					Milkshakes !!! Drink one or two a day !! When I was pregnant I was actually losing weight .. my doctor said to drink milkshakes cause they help you gain weight

					You should drink a lot protein shakes or water! Don’t drink coke that contain ally of calories. Try to eat a lot salads. And excerise at least 45 mins a day.

					Add healthy calories. You don't need to drastically change your diet. Go nutrient dense. Instead of eating empty calories and junk food, eat foods that are rich in nutrients. ...Snack away. Eat mini meals.
