How to lose extra fat especially around midsection!

 I I have a horribly chubby belly compared to the rest of my body. Does anyone have any good ideas or exercises that can help tone down your midsection? I have naturally birthed 2 children and now some of the skin below my belly button is just flabby. I need to tone up a little bit everywhere and definitely lose a little weight and any advice or exercises that have been helpful to any of you guys would be appreciated if you share it with me.

					When trying to lose fat in your belly, changing your diet helps tremendously. Focus on exercises that will burn the fat off. Crunches, sit ups, jumping jacks, etc will help you. Any exercise honestly. Dancing, swimming help and if you do work out and keep it consistent then you will see a difference. Try apple cider vinegar. It doesn’t have the best taste but it does help out. I even suggest cayenne pepper pills. You take one before you eat and you can take it three times today. It burns the fat in your middle section'

					Lemon and water is the best choice🍋. Drinking water with lemon early in morning before breakfast 3 times a day really helps. Thank me in 1 week!😉

				Please explain in more detail I'm sorry hun I just don't get it you made it sound like I'll see results in one week that would be amazing. Do you just put lemon juice in water and how much lemon juice do you put into how much water?? Then you said to do it when I wake up and three times a day so do it when I wake up in three times throughout the day? I'm truly interested if you would tell me exactly how you do it and how much lemon you put to how much water 😊

					My daughter is trying to tone up her middle section and She has some home workouts that help her. Watching what she eats and cutting back on sugar is helping. Try eating smaller portions and working out on a daily basis. Dont over work yourself but we are seeing improvement

					I would definitely recommend drinking organic apple cider vinegar! They now have it as a sipping vinegar at Walmart with added natural flavors. Apple cider vinegar is a great way to detox and lose that extra weight.

				Okay I did go to Walmart and buy the Vermont Village sipping vinegar I wanted to ask you if you have tips or tricks as to how much I should drink a day and at what times?

					Try changing your food intake.  Instead of foods for breakfast and lunch.  Try a fruit and vegetable smoothie

					I have been eating veggies with every meal and it has helped me loose some of my belly fat. Drinking 8 glasses of water also helps with loosing some weight.

					You have to eat less than you burn off. You have to create a calorie deficit. This is the only way to lose weight. Also you cannot “spot train” this is a myth. You can do exercises to tone your mid section which are good but you cannot lose “only” belly fat.
