 Being happy or positive is a struggle for me any suggestion i can work on it ?

					If you have people in your life that put you down, cut then out. I don't care who it is.. if it's a parent or another family member. Try talking to them. 
If you have a mirror you use daily write " your beautiful " on it. That way you look at it daily. Take post it notes, and place in common places you are daily. ( over kitchen sink, on your sun visor in your car, next to your toilet, next to your tub/shower, on your head board, etc)  write inspirational quotes on them to lift you up. Also, I hope this don't offend anyone. (Remember this is my options) but pray, to whom ever your higher power is. Anytime I fill down, or just need guidance I pray to my Lord. He may not deliver right away, but when he believes it's time, he shall deliver.

					Being happy starts with self esteem . believe in your goodness start knowing that youre a sweetheart and a strong person. Thatway you shall be able to help yourself feel confident and happiness shall come once you know you can make it.. Its very easy start by listening to motivators and the rest will all follow

					I actually writing an ecourse on this. I struggle with depression and I think everyone deserves To be happy. I try to wake up and take a deep breath every morning and give thanks for something before I get out of bed. This way I am starting my day on a positive note. And I also smile at every person I pass. Some may not smile back but when they do it feels good. It may sound silly but it feels good!

					I also try to surround myself around positive people of they are all negative try to remove them. Still working on this with boyfriend but everyone else i so far keep away

					Make it a point that in the morning you give yourself 3 compliments. When someone compliments you, dont shake it off or shy away from it. Say thank you. Its hard at first and accepting compliments is awkward but over time it becomes easier and you start to notice the positive that people speak about you genuinely. Do things that improve your mood like doing your hair and makeup in the morning. Sometimes it can be a positive pick me up and feel nice, making you feel put together and thinking positively for the rest of the day.
