					2 week clear liquid diet/detox.
Clear liquid diet/only allowed:
- Broth. (Chicken, veggie, beef broth.)
- Sugar free jello.
- Sugar free popsicles.
- Protein shakes. (90grams a day- premier protein give 30 per shake.)
- Water.
- Sugar free water infusers. (Powder packets for flavor or Mio.)
- Sugar free, no cal Powerade or Gatorade.
(We drink Powerade Zero.)

Kinda extreme, wouldn't go longer than 2 weeks. You can use this a detox for cravings before you start eating healthier, or just on it's own!

					Cutting out soda and junk food. No more fast food either. Exercise 30 minutes a day. If your not use to the exercise, take it slow. Any movement is better then no movement.

					Eat healthy, cut out all sodas and anything loaded with sugar. Also working out. My boyfriend has lost 30 pounds in a month just from healthy eating and running 5 miles every day.
