I would suggest pregnancy yoga. The movement helped my aches a lot

I had to sleep with a pregnancy pillow. Also they have a “belt” to help with back and hip pain. Might sound strange but they make pregnancy spanx. I had to wear these and it helped my back and hip pain so much. Not sure how or why but it did. I would even wear them under my sweat pants when at home. Only time I wouldn’t was to sleep and shower.

Try to put some bengay on affected areas ang get a good sleep. It may help. But if the pain is extreme then you may need to visit your doctor.
