					Besides squats just running on a treadmill general will gain some muscle fat in your thighs. For butt excercise sqaut thrust and weight lunges.

					Find a workout that focuses on thighs and butt and do those and drink Dymatize Super Mass Gainer (it has a lot of calories so you gain weight and if you workout it should make you gain weight the areas you are exercising) and you should start seeing results within 2 weeks.

					Consume a good protein shake after working out. It can help with muscle gain. Also, talk to a trainer about what kind of exercises you should be doing. Many exercises focus on the large muscles. You need to work out the smaller ones as well.
