					You could try meditating before bed, not using any screens for an hour before bedtime, taking melatonin and reducing caffiene intake after 4pm, and exercising during the day.

					Buy an oil diffuser and diffuse lavender essential oil. It calms down your mind and allows you to sleep. Made me sleep like a log.

					Stay away from gadgets. Put your cellphone away from you. Shut down your laptop. Drink Milk. Almond milk is an excellent source of calcium, which helps the brain make melatonin. Hope this help.

					Buy a bottle of melatonin. Drink glsss of warm milk before bed. Use sleep mask. Make sure room your sleeping in is comfortable temperature.
