					Almond, pea-protein, rice, soy, oat, coconut, cashew... there's lots of options, it really depends on your dietary needs, likes/dislikes, budget, etc.

					I get terrible headaches when I drink regular milk and it tends to upset my stomach as well. I have found that Lactaid is really helpful and does not cause me the issues that regular milk does. Also, Wal-Mart has their own brand of the same product for a bit cheaper and it works just the same. As far as a healthier option, almond milk is a great alternative. I like the vanilla flavored one. You can try silk brand.

					I don't recommend skim or 2% because of their high sugar content, but I LOVE almond and CASHEW milk 😍
