					Begin with pelvic tilts and simple ab contractions: Lie down on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor. Slowly tighten your abs and tilt your pelvis toward your head. Tighten the pelvic floor as you do this.

					Planks are great for your core. You could also do dead bugs (arms out above your head, legs out straight and raise and lower them).
Keep in mind though, if it's recent after your child's birth, your body needs a few weeks to recover, so always be careful about moving around
