					As yucky as it sounds warm milk does work. It triggers the part of your brain that brings on sleepiness. Make sure your trying to sleep in a quiet comfortable room with a good pillow. A room thats too hot or too cold will keep you awake. OTC meds such as benadryl will cause sleepiness. If its a persistent problem ask your doctor if there is something he can prescribe or reccomend. I find using a sleep mask helps alot. It keeps your eyes from poping open every minute or so. Take a hot bath with a lavendar and chamomile bath product. These have shown to relax and cause sleepiness. Good luck.
