					Stick to a diet cut breads out use alternative like flat wraps . Don't eat any sweets stop drinking soda as well .

					What works for some doesn’t always work for others.. What helped me lose weight was to change my diet and to walk everyday for an hour. I lost a pound everyday(200-170). Just be consistent and you’ll start seeing results🙃Also get the right amount of hours of sleep and try to stay stress free. I hope I helped!
